Michael has been part of the ICT industry for over 20 years. As part of the Port industry, he has had roles including help desk operator, system administrator and IT Manager. A major part of his role was, project planning, managing suppliers, budgets and strategic planning as well as hands-on break-fix and design work. Michael is focused on customer-driven outcomes and has the ability to communicate solutions in a succinct and easy to understand manner.
